Why do restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers are not responsible for under seasoning, overcooking, and shoddy packaging, as well as missing items such as napkins, straws, and condiments. It's important for restaurants to check orders before handing them off to the delivery driver. Take responsibility for the poor quality of your food and strive to do better. Customer care more about receiving a refund or a free meal to make up for a bad experience, rather than hearing about sharing feedback with team members. Address customer inconvenience by offering a solution that exceeds the original order amount. It is concerning to see consistent complaints about the same issues in reviews. It's clear that feedback is not being taken seriously. Disappointing.
The boneless wings are fantastic! The quality of the chicken has greatly improved - they are crispy and fresh.
This is the worst version of fries I have ever encountered. I had hoped that the negative reviews about the fries at this restaurant were exaggerated and that the management would have resolved the issue. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The fries were black and tasted like they had been cooked in old, reused oil. They also had a faint fishy flavor. The wings we ordered were overcooked and dry. The lemon pepper seasoning was bland, and only the Dr. Pepper flavored wings were somewhat decent.
I ordered a 10-piece combo with 5 wings, but there were only 8 wings and my fries were missing from the order. I specifically asked for barbecue spice rub on my wings, so why was it served on the side instead of being on the wings themselves?
