Feedback gevenThey keep getting the order wrong. Once I ordered an 8 piece bucket. Got home and I had 8 wings. It wasn't enough for one person much less a family. When complained they couldn't do anything about it.
Very poor management. The employees get a schedule weekly, if it says they work from 3:30 to 9:30 that means they get off at 9:30. No, not at this facility. The employees don't actually get to leave until 10:30 to 11:00. The business management is very unorganized and unprofessional. No one knows what their job is from day to day. You have 3 people running the drive thru, one at the front register and 5 fixing orders while management sits in their so called office. Towards the end of the shift management decides to get up and start ordering employees to do other jobs in order to close for the night. They wonder why the food orders are wrong and why they have a big turnover for employment. This is why. Sending management through proper training could possibly increase their revenue and reviews.
