Feedback gevenIt's a nice place, and the new staff are great. I can't say the same for the previous staff, as they were quite disappointing. However, I did notice that the two girls baking in the back were doing a wonderful job!
We decided to go back to the restaurant, where Nadisha graciously provided us with the correct cheese pizza. I asked her who had answered my call, and she confirmed it was Rinah. I also inquired about her name. Despite the issues we faced, Nadisha handled everything very well and ensured we received what we needed. However, I believe Rinah's behavior was unacceptable. She was unresponsive while on her personal call and then hung up on a customer. This experience resulted in the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Leave this facility. Try to put an order for a lunch combination. What ends at 2:00 is now 1:20. To say that I don't need dough over the next layer if I gave them 0 stars.
I'd give a 0 if I could. The manager is rude and they talk about customers behind the counter.
Placed our order for 3 pizzas and 2 wings at 11:45a. It was ready when we got there at 12:15p. We asked for cheesy bread that we forgot to add to our order and the staff told us they didn't start serving cheesy/crazy bread until after 2pm. So, make sure if you want breaksticks you wait and order from Littel Caesars after 2pm?
