Taco Bell - Roxboro

12/4/2022 evening about 7:30pm was the absolute worst service I?ve had. Either the employees are overworked or undertrained. I?m not sure. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, nacho fries, one cheesy bean and rice burrito and one chicken Chipotle burrito. I endedup with somebody else?s order a steak chalupa, Doritos locos taco, chicken and cheese quesadilla, beef burrito. I had pulledaway and did a u turn, explained I got the wrong order completely. She then hands me a new bag , apologizes and I drive away tothe parking lot, immediately see a chicken sandwich in the bag and go inside to explain I got someone else?s order completely!At that point the girl had taken my receipt previously and I hoped they?d remember me which they did. She then hands me a newbag with quesadilla, my cheesy bean and rice burrito, and nacho fries. I thank them and go home. See that it is still a chickenquesadilla. Normally that would be a win for somebody but I am vegetarian so I have a lot of food that just ended up going towaste. I literally had 3 items (and a Baja blast but that was a drink), and I just kept getting other peoples orders thrown atme. I just do not understand. I don?t think it?s the workers fault I think they?re over worked and over stressed somethingneeds to be done that will make a positive impact on this location.

The last two times I went through the drive-thru there was excruciating wait times. The first time I got in line for 28 minutes a week later I thought maybe it was a fluke so I timed it and it took 33 minutes to get my food. I don't think they have enoughemployees.

I was just greeted with Taco Bell or KFC, our Taco Bell person is leaving. I was here for Taco Bell so, i left too.

I got there 30 minutes before they close and the lady would not come to the drive-through window she looked at us and just kept sweeping and they weren?t even closed yet. She didn?t even open the window and say they were closing early she just ignored usuntil we finally drove away. I counted four cars that drove away with us very angry I will never go here again either sodisappointing

30 minute wait for food that was sub-par. Tacos were mooshy and not crunchy at all. Fries were cold and tasted freezer burned. Once a love to go to has become a would not go ever again.
