Feedback gevenI placed an order and picked it up, but when I got home, I realized it was the wrong order. I was really disappointed, but when I called them, they promptly corrected the mistake and delivered my complete order to me. That's truly exceptional customer service. I'm really grateful for how well they took care of me. The pizza was piping hot and delicious, so they've definitely earned a lifelong customer!
We really enjoy their pizza! The only problem we've encountered is that we love the garlic butter. I usually order extra, but we only receive it about a third of the time. The funny part is that the last time I didn't order any, and we ended up getting some anyway!
We ordered pizza, and they requested a tip in advance. They left it on our back porch without even knocking. It was supposed to arrive 10 minutes ago, but I'm not sure when it actually got here, as it's not even warm. Terrible customer service!
Super disappointed. The last time I got delivery was November 2021 and my order was delivered much later than expected and my food was cold. I decided to try again tonight, August 2022 and the same thing happened. I will not be ordering again. Marco's ismuch faster and the food is actually hot. The Roy store needs to improve their business practices.
Pizza always tastes great but more often then not they forget the extra pizza sauces or pepperchinni?s that I order. Come on guys you can do better then this!! ???? EDIT, they have made it right and supplied me with a free pizza to make up for it so Iam upping the rating to 4. I will continue to order from them. ????
