Pizza Hut - Royal Palm Beach

Everyone was super nice here! The order was perfect. I?ve been coming here for awhile but my last experience here has made me a customer for life at this establishment. Customer service is amazing. They?re super busy here and they?re customer service doesn?t falter despite it.

At 6 pm online order said 20 minutes. Arrived 30 minutes and not done and waited another 15 and got a refund. No food was leaving. When I asked for refund everyone else waiting asked for a refund too. Will never order here again.

Cook the food thoroughly. Us guys rush to get the food out so fast that the dough still be gummy.

Fast and hot pizza. The new plant-based pizza was delicious.

The app is not user-friendly. Very confusing and lacks clarity. Have no problem with service and/or order. Pizza was ready when I picked up and food was hot and, as usual met all other expectations. But the app really needs work.
