Walked in and was told to pick a seat, every single table my family tried to sit at was completely filthy, literally oil, cheese and so forth caked on. If they keep the tables this dirty I can’t imagine the state of the kitchen. Whole family walked out and will report to health department. Such a shame since other sals locations are good. The other reviews show this one has been let slip. Will get Italian elsewhere.
Great Italian restaurant last visit food was a bit over cooked but over all
Ordered a large New Yorker which I assumed was a large cheese pizza because it has no description nor pictures. It will let me add toppings but doesn’t show anywhere that there is toppings. Had to throw the pizza out as it had onions, pepper, mushrooms (highly allergic too) and all other sort of things. When it comes to food they really need to add a description on what is on the pizza because a real New Yorker is just cheese pizza
I'd eat here more often bc it's so close to me but the food is kinda average and super overpriced. I got the baked sampler for almost $30 and was excited for it, for the price I was ready for a tray of food and it came in a tin barely larger than the soup container at Olive garden. All the food was overpriced. The online ordering system is confusing as hell. The calzone and strombolis are good but super greasy. I'd eat here again if I felt too lazy to pick up a Stouffer's lasagna or Mario the baker was closed.
