Wendy's - Royal Palm Beach

Horrible drive through experience. The young lady taking the order was not as attentive when taking orders, I had to repeat myself 3 times. Got to the window paid for my order, she handed my drinks with attitude. She surely needs more costumer serving training if she wants to work there. Needless to say, I get home open my bag and didn't have my sauce for my nuggets and wondered what happened to the fries. I will NEVER go back there AGAIN..

I took a day off from healthy eating and decided to come here for breakfast. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and french toast sticks. The egg sandwiches were so hot and fresh I burned my lip. I can't figure out whether I want to sue to the company or invest in it. :p For french toast sticks, go to Burger King. But I don't remember when I actually got fresh food from a fast food restaurant. Those two egg sandwiches were FANTESTICLE. No, not fanTASTICAL fanTESTICLE. Fantesticle is better than fantastical. At first I was a little disappointed that I was waiting a short while at the window but now I know why. I'll take a few extra minutes any day for hot, fresh food...

Rude customer service. No greeting. Slams the window. Doesn’t even wait till you’re done talking to ask you if you’re done. Too many options around to go to this place again. There’s 20 other options down the road.

I went to wendy's the other day to have a frosty with a friend at remind some clothes and shoes that was our treat

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's. I ordered a pick up my order was missing an items so I called and called no answer. I pulled up at the window and told Bethany which was at the window that my Fries were missing and she rolled her eyes at me and in a rude way told me Come in and get them Her whole personality was just rude.!! No smile or personality just a nasty facial expression. A place I do not recommend.
