I've found that they rarely have all the items available on the menu. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.

I ordered some bread that was never prepared, and every time I tried to call for a refund, my call was disconnected. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

Out of every bread except wheat, at dinner-rush time, because the assistant manager had a party to go to? Seriously? ...and to be rude and disrespectful on top of that--well, plenty of reason to go somewhere else. I've been to this location a few times in the last several months, and it seems to have just fallen off a cliff, quality-wise. Between the quality dropoff and the manager's blatant religiously-based disrespect, I won't be back, nor recommending it to anyone. Your faith does not give you any excuse to be rude to me.
