Food and drinks: We were extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff had difficulty understanding English, which led to a vegetarian being served a meal with meat. Despite the mistake, they refused to admit fault. The waitress also misunderstood the order, and overall had a defensive attitude. Additionally, we were charged for every little thing. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Service: 1 star.

After a long wait, we were finally able to visit our new wellness area. Everything was beautifully new and clean. The only downside was that in the outdoor whirlpool, I had to swim naked in front of others going to the cooling pond with the waterfall, including children. However, the family rooms were great and clean. The restaurant could use some renovations, but the food and breakfast were perfect, likely thanks to a quality chef. The children's corner was luxurious, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

The cleanliness of the establishment was impressive. As for the restaurant, the food was truly luxurious. Breakfast was always fully stocked, even half an hour before closing time. I only stayed for one night, but it was a very enjoyable experience. Overall, I would say that 99% of the guests were satisfied with their stay. Thank you for the excellent service. The rooms were clean and had a pleasant aroma.
