La Place - Rueil-Malmaison

The food was yummy! I couldn’t find many gluten free options in Versailles so we went twice during our week long visit to Versailles. The buckwheat savory pancakes were delicious. There were lots of gluten free options. Also, they were able to make the sweet versions with the buckwheat pancake. I had the Roma the first night. The second night I had the Caprese (my favorite). We also had one of the sweet ones (made with the buckwheat pancake) and it was so so good. It was so much fun as a Celiac to be able to eat tradition Parisian food.

Nice person attends and delicious food can also make desserts with gluten-free buckwheat! Very well!

The salty crepes that you would eat for a meal are made with buckwheat so they are safe. The dessert crepes are not safe, but they were happy to do a dessert with a buckwheat crepe. They were both delicious. I was concerned about cross contamination but they told me they have two pans. One for the salty and one for the sweet crepe. Additionally, the clean the pan between crepes. Excellent meal would come again.

Excellent service, warm welcome. The cakes are original and very good. The dessert pancakes are also good. I highly recommend this little restaurant. We'll be back.
