This restaurant offers a fully gluten-free menu, and out of six fryers, only one is dedicated to gluten-containing foods! I felt safe dining here, as they showed a strong awareness of cross-contamination. They even noted that the lemonade on tap wasn't safe, which I already knew, but it was reassuring that they mentioned it. We found the prices a bit high, but the food was fresh and safe to eat.
