Island Noodles Food Stand - Ruidoso

The noodles were so … hearty? Idk the right word but they were tender and cooked perfectly. The veggies were well blended. I was worried I didn’t get enough sauce but every bite was perfectly coated! The owner was super friendly and very considerate when packaging our food to go, he offered to wrap my food separate from my husbands because my husband ordered meat! Definitely recommend, and it was super fast service!

There were two options when I went: vegan noodles and the vegan noodles with chicken. The noodles were absolutely delicious. You should totally check out this place if you are in Ruidoso!

Open air environment serving Soba noodles with vegetables, wok fried. Nice people. Served in to go container. In the Village and has outdoor seating. Can spice it up with sriracha!

Food prepared right in front of you. Generous portion of vegetables. Convenient to carry around in a biodegradable paper cup instead of a plastic to-go cup. Appreciate the clear labeling of the vegan option.

This restaurant is very vegan-friendly and has a cool vibe. Despite limited options, the dishes available are delicious. I tried the soba noodles with veggies and they were amazing.
