It's about time I left my opinion on my favorite room! Blocks always at the top, really lovely staff who are very pleasant to talk with. Always with a great chocolate cake as a reward to enjoy. I always have a great time. So thank you to the whole team!

Very nice climbing room. Very good restaurant. Great team apart from chef Baptiste, super unpleasant and haughty! Edit 11/12/2023: Response to VA of 11/12/2023: Thank you for your reply. For memory : I have known this room since it opened in 2017, this is the 4th time that I have organized the birthday of one of my children there. The number of candies given to the children had never been a difficulty, on the contrary, the previous times there were even too many... The cost of a birthday for 12 children is €300, it is a significant cost and at this price I consider, in fact, that we should not have to bring an additional stock of sweets to satisfy the children. for 12 children we were given two dessert glasses containing a maximum of 15 candies each, so that as soon as they were placed on the table, the children rushed over and asked for more, some of whom had not had any. I asked for more and was given, with annoyance, another glass immediately emptied by the 12 children who therefore asked me for more. So I asked again and I was told that only management could give them. I was invited to meet the manager who had visited his office. My request was rejected by the latter with obvious annoyance. That being said, the children still had a great time, the climbing instructors, Dylan and Max, were great and were able to make us forget this mishap with professionalism and good humor. Your apologies are appreciated and accepted, but we will not reorganize a birthday at VA because I find that given the price paid we could have hoped for better treatment.
