Stopped here on route to Frogmore for coffees and teas with a coach trip. Service was extremely quick and efficient and the coffee was great. Used the facilities and was very impressed by the cleanliness everywhere. Staff were cleaning after everyone continuously and doing an excellent job. Would be very happy to come back here.
Good pit stop for visiting the area absolutely delicious pasties and a good selection of cakes and drinks. Good location and now off to look around the site and soak up the history.
Visited here today with my grandchild. Asked for a babycino which they didn’t sell not a problem. Ordered her a hot chocolate instead. It was so hot it burnt her mouth (they knew it was for a child as they asked if it was ok to add marshmallows). When I asked for more cold milk to be added I was rudely told it was a HOT chocolate. When I explained it was so hot she had burnt her mouth the person working responded with “what do you want, an ambulance?” We were going to stay for lunch but found an alternative after this service.
We have stopped here several times on our travels and it has always been good. There was plenty of parking and the first half hour is free. The menu is quite large and after ordering, you are given a pager to go and collect your food, which didn’t take long. We didn’t actually see any table wiping, but the whole area was very clean. There are play areas nearby and plenty of grassy areas to picnic .
