The George - Rushmoor

This is possibly the worst pub manager I have ever encountered! I have been a frequent customer at this establishment for many years and have never seen such lack of presence from a manager. He often leaves only one person to tend the bar while he remains upstairs, and if called upon for assistance, he disappears after just 5 minutes. He is lazy, arrogant, and disrespectful towards his younger staff members. I have witnessed this behavior firsthand. As a result, many regular customers are beginning to take their business elsewhere.

The service at this restaurant was awful. They forgot to cook my husband's order, so he had to wait over an hour and a half for his food. The service was practically nonexistent, and they clearly need more training in customer service. There were not enough staff members on duty for a busy Saturday afternoon. Overall, we were very disappointed and do not plan on returning. Forgetting to cook a customer's food is unacceptable, and I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.

This pub and restaurant located in the heart of town offers great beers, but the standout is the delicious food, particularly the burgers. Be sure to visit and give them a try.

I had a fantastic time at The George in Aldershot. Their food is great, the entertainment line up is fun and inviting and the staff are all welcoming and focused on great service. Kelly is a super host and Michael, one of the many barmen, always carries a smile and is service centric.

Came to the pub last night. Was so happy to see karaoke was on. The dj was so friendly and happy to take our requests. Also bar staff was so happy to help and was also excited when I ordered a cocktail I got told it was 2 4 1! Will defiantly be returning next week. Thanks guys for a great night
