Feedback gevenI ordered a egg and cheese croissant meal literally there was no one in in line but me and they still messed up on my order. Called and called no one answered the phone. Finally talked to a manager she just wanted to refunded me the money for thesandwich not the meal. What about my time and the inconvenience off having to return. Never going back very disgusting food andmanagement
First time that we stopped here, and will be the last. My husband had a fish sandwich, he said just a little too small. My experience was dreadful, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich , it was cold all the way through. I could not eat it. My husbandthen ordered me a Jr Whopper, again , still cold , the cheese did not melt. Back again at the counter , a supervisor took itand made it right. Never going back!
Ordered a Whopper meal through drive through. Order take wasn 't the friendliest, and just said ok when I ordered. After a few awkward seconds I pulled up. I received my food pretty quick. The bun wasn 't toasted and was cold, making the sandwich kindablah. The fries weren 't very fresh. I had to ask for the drink I ordered. Not the worst experience, but not anything to comeback for.
Ordered through the drive through and asked for the food to be fresh. Got up to the window and the workers are blasting expletive music for customers to hear when the window opened. This is the first impression they are presenting the establishmentto be. The young girl handed me the bag right away and the food felt cold. I asked her ?is this fresh?? She said ?it?s supposedto be?. (Which it wasn?t) I requested a refund. I will not be returning.
Place looks nice but the elevation on the brick wall on at the end of dining area is 18 inches different. I only noticed cause been sitting for 45 min and have plenty of time to see things ..... most definitely need people who want to work instead ofhorse play in kitchen. Service isn't like it was years ago people needed to work these people just show up for hours .
