Impoli, not listening, not available, it should really change course and avoid being in contact with customers at the risk of all leaking them. Too bad because for the frame and the atmosphere nothing to say. We were already there in July and it was the same galley with the same server. Another point to note: the price of water! I've been calling a few days before to announce a birthday. I was told the table would be decorated. I ordered a cake. When we arrived a server asks us if we want to be inside or on the terrace, I understood that the table was not ready. He makes us wait for a moment to throw some snakes on the table! We are used to parks, including Disneyland, and nowhere else we have been received. Another point: as a border country we expected to be able to express ourselves in our language, but no one speaks French. Still odd.
Very nice. Food should have been a little warmer. Otherwise very good....
For too long waiting times at least 2 hours for pay. Unfriendly staff, if I courteously ask for an employee I will be ignored or they say they come right away and don't do it!
Eat very tasty but much too expensive, Europapark stop. Service total overloaded, 1 hour there were no drinks to reorder. Very nice ambience.Repeat factor no longer.
We had dinner in this restaurant that was more than satisfactory. The only flat is that the room leader didn't want to find us a table He said without thinking it's complete while there were several free tables we went through a david server. who was adorable and professional fortunately that there are staff like him to turn around restaurants.Sino in the whole food very correct.Thank you again to David
