Debonairs Pizza - Rustenburg

Delicious pizza and I always got excellent service until yesterday. I also placed an order over the phone and was told to come after 15 minutes, what I did, I went there and informed the cash that I was there to collect and she ignored me and stayed on the support of other customers, I then told her again and she told me to wait there and she didn't even go to check if the pizza is ready, I had to wait for about 20 minutes and when I then called her, and then she told me that. I was so angry that I just left and to think that I was just buying from debonairs waterfall mall bcos from their great service I was very dissapointed. I mean, I live near phokeng mall, but I decided to go to waterfall bos, also here the service is slow. I'm not okay at all, please correct

Very, very slow. Poor service and tables and benches in poor condition. Will not support them again.

Very slow service waiting over an hour for a order and still pending. When the order gets queried you get no assistance from staff and they refuse to refund you for waiting too long

Received kak service today. Came in, tried to buy they told me to pay at steers of which I did and then when I come back from steers I find them selling to people from their counter. They then go ahead and give every one who bought after me their orders first. When I enquire why they blame the cashier at steers for not telling them. Excuse me, you should have known that I placed an order because you directed me to go pay at steers. Cashier was mean and never apologized

I ordered and they did not tell me they were out of the crust, 45 min of waiting I go ask at the counter, that's when they decide to tell me that they were out of crust, that they will start preparing my order. Very unprofessional :
