Dunkin' - Rutherford

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. They made a mistake with my coffee order and initially tried to insist that I had only been charged once. However, after showing them the receipt, they quickly corrected their error. Unfortunately, both coffees were terrible in the end, and the bagel twist I ordered was not fresh either.

Service is okay , I highly recommend employees to wear hair net there. As I found a hair on a twisted bagel I ordered today!

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. This is a family-run business and everyone here is rude and discriminatory. They don't provide what you order, claiming they don't have certain items and still charge you for it. They are very cheap and disrespectful, and if it weren't for their location, they would have gone out of business long ago. I would rather dehydrate and starve than order from here.

I recently observed a staff member getting into an argument with a customer because they had made a mistake with her order that was placed through the app. It was very unprofessional behavior, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, every time I visit this particular restaurant in Jersey and order a caramel latte with cream, the staff member insists on not making it according to my preferences. If I am paying for it, I expect it to be made the way I want it.

Came in for a macchiato, but I like to add adjustments to mine. When I asked for said adjustments they just flat out said no. Pretty rude and incompetent. Was literally just replacing x for y but whatever. Went to Starbucks where they gladly accommodated????????
