Dunkin' - Rutherford

The coffee is great, but the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. No matter when I visit, it always seems unkempt. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, the garbage bins are overflowing, and the bathrooms are not well-maintained. The staff is friendly, but I can't understand how they can be comfortable in such an unsanitary environment.

Typically, the staff are friendly, but they're a bit lazy. Someone thought it would be a good idea to prepare the iced coffee in advance instead of making it fresh for each order to save time. Unfortunately, this results in a warm and watered-down coffee from the melting ice. If you ask for freshly poured iced coffee, your request will likely be overlooked.

The restaurant closes at 8 PM, and I arrived at 7:40 PM. The staff member informed me that they were closing soon and had run out of iced coffee. It seemed like they were already shutting down equipment before the official closing time. Additionally, several other menu items were unavailable due to their impending closure. This experience was quite disappointing. Not an impressive visit, Dunkin'!

Moderate busy also check what you ordered after getting it they seem to mix order or forget what was that you wanted ,it happened to me twice when very few people was ordering

This is an excellent place! It’s always clean and reliable. I highly recommend stopping by to kickstart your morning.
