Had 2 weeks not so good pizzas, bases were all wrong. not sure if I would give him a third chance

I'm only giving 5 stars because the young guy who delivered to us tonight was so polite and apologetic after delivering the incorrect pizzas. He came back to notify us within minutes of the incorrect pizza delivery. Unfortunately i didnt know what my wife had ordered so i ate it anyway. No complaints just wanted the driver to know hes doing a great job and should be valued as an employee. Keep up the good work mate

What a total disgrace. On 2 for Tuesday you will be charged $54 for 2 pizzas and two sides . But if we clicked on “2+2 “ we would of been charged $31.95. All this on the day they advertise but one get one free 2 for Tuesday).After ringing them and cancelling the order I asked for a refund but was brushed aside by management because they were too busy to deal with me. Now!! after 3 hours have NOT received our refund and the store Rutherford Pizza Hut) is now closed. How many elderly people get shafted by this???I know my parents who are in there 70s do almost every-time they ring and get shafted. I’m guessing Pizza Hut just rub there greedy little hands together saying “suckers” should of asked for the deal instead. I’m absolutely disgusted. SHAME ON YOU PIZZA HUT !!! SHAME !! SHAME SHAME SHAME !!!
