Domino's Pizza - Rutherfordton

Everything about ordering was fine and I love the online ordering., but to visually see this burnt pizza and box it up and hand it to a paying customer is completely unacceptable. When I called she told me to bring the pizza back or write me down for a free pizza at a later date. I brought it back and she said yeah that is definitely burnt. Well yeah it’s burnt I didn’t waste my gas money bringing it back for it not to be burnt. They made me a new pizza which was good, but didn’t even offer any compensation for my time or my gas money driving back. Not to mention by the time I did get back home the other 2 pizzas I ordered along with this one were already cold.

Ordered from phone it was quite a wait until notified pizzas and pasta dish were ready

Late nite they don’t like to answer the phone. Go online and it’s say not to busy. And they have shut down online ordering and pick up. I am calling at 10 and been calling for 20 min and still no answer!!

I have always been happy with Dominoes. Service and quality is excellent.. When I have large groups everyone is happy with the variety of pizza.

The Brooklyn style pizza was over cooked. It was supposed to be foldable but it was to hard to fold. The thin crust should have a shorter cooking time than the traditional. So I paid $26 for burnt toast
