Dunkin' - Rutland City

Customer service at this particular location has gone significantly down hill over the last year. Drive thru times are RIDICULOUS! You may as well drive 10 minute out of your way to another location, you’ll get to to your destination faster! My friends, family members and myself have waited for 20+ minutes in drive thru with only 1-3 cars ahead of us in line. They put very small amount of cream cheese on bagels (like enough for 1/4 a bagel) and charge for packets when you want more. I’ve resorted to ordering ahead on my mobile app, 10-15 min before arriving to that location. I’m recently finding I still have to wait several minutes for my order to be ready for pickup after I arrive. Customer warning on wait time should be posted at drive thru so people don’t get stuck in line, as once you’re in a certain place, you can’t get out. Good luck getting to work on time stopping here!

This Dunkin always gets my order right and the employees are typically really friendly. It’s noticed and appreciated.

25 mins in the drive through for donuts that were so stale you couldn’t chew them. Decided to go inside next time and the toothless lady at the counter proceeds to sneeze twice into her hand before getting out my order. Absolutely disgusting and never going back!

Me and my boyfriend use this dunkin location almost everyday, we’ve never had issues before today. Me and my boyfriend went in and got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese,hash browns, And two drinks, NOT A HARD ORDER! We got our drinks and they were perfect, our bagel wasnt toasted so we politely asked one of the employees if she could remake it because it wasn’t toasted, she insisted that she toasted the bagel and we got out to our car and opened the bag and the bagel was ice cold and hadn’t been toasted. It wasn’t a big deal until we went back inside to politely ask this worker if she could please toast our bagel. She trash talked us to her employee and threw a hissy fit when making the bagel, she said to her employee “now I’m gonna definitely toast there bagel, I’m gonna burn it” we get the bagel and we leave and go out to our car and open it and she burnt our bagel extremely and put butter on it instead of cream cheese. I understand it’s just a bagel but the amount of disrespect me and my boyfriend receive was unreal. Just a tip for the employee if you still want customers LEARN HOW TO HAVE HUMAN RESPECT!

Food inconsistency. Basically sucks. Got a breakfast sandwich. So overdone it could break a window if thrown. Never eat there again
