Feedback gevenThe skinny kid that looks miserable af needs to not be working with customers, I wanted to tell him to find someone else to make my food just because he had such a miserable attitude on his face. Not to add he couldn’t properly wrap a tortilla, or properly wrap the tortilla with the foil. Foods good most the people there seemed fine but for some reason the most miserable kid was working with people .
Every time I go in at a normal dinner time 5pm-7pm, they never have rice or a couple different meats or even beans (which is crazy)…not to mention nothing at all even cooking on the grill…not sure how many people have to mention this. There have been numerous reviews about the Rutland VT location and how they operate and staff attitudes…for a national food chain it is very poorly run and a disappointment on a regular basis. Maybe more of these kind of reviews will make someone open their eyes!
Felt rushed, place was dirty and understaffed. way over priced for extras will not be going back because of it.
After seeing the reviews and ratings, I was very skeptical about this place. But well, I must say that I have been impressed and blown away by the level of Service which is contradictory from most recent reviews ? I am a vegetarian and I asked for the person serving to change his gloves. He went ahead and washed his hands which was impressive. My wife, who was with me, is allergic to meat and she let him know. The manger came over and told us that chipotle has a strict cross contamination control policy and they had to clean all the serving utensils. We were absolutely speechless. The serving person washed his hands again, took a note of what we wanted in the bowl, got a set of new utensils, fresh cheese and prepared our bowl. Huge respect for chipotle! Knocked it out of the park with their service and dedication.
This place is NEVER OPEN when it is supposed to be. It is bad enough if you drive there and see the doors locked. It 's even worse when you order online through the app and go to pick it up and then find out it 's closed. That requires you to chat with the bot on the app to tell them to refund your money. The chat bot will tell you that they will alert their restaurant team to close online ordering when the restaurant is closed. What a helpful concept that would be. Do not use the app here, and be prepared for the place to be closed without warning.
