We decided to stop at an establishment to eat traditional cuisine, after 20 minutes of waiting they brought soup very resettled, it was not possible to eat, they informed the waiter, to which she said that she could pour boiling water, so that it would not be salty, after my refusal and desire already leave this establishment. She said that she would count this soup for me and ran away, after another five minutes of waiting, without waiting for her, she left the money and left hungry and angry ... We went for the weekend through Guide Siberia on the excursion Altai safari to feed the bison, look at the deer, see how the swans hibernate on the non freezing Lake Svetloe. We spent the night at the tourist center Merket. What can I say, disappointing. Breakfast was included in the tour, so we didn 't worry. But... They served scrambled eggs with two sausages. Sausages are not edible, as if from the dashing 90s, made of paper, blurred when pressed with a fork. Horror. But before that, too, not everything was in order. They paid for dinner ordered a shurpa they brought a cup with one potato, divided into two parts, carrots, a sprawling tomato and one piece of grams per 100, 70 of which was a bone. She resigned herself, scooped up the broth with a boat, and there was a piece of paper in the spoon, apparently the ingredients of shurpa were wrapped in it. In short, I remained hungry, well, and in the morning you have already read ... But that 's not all. A room for two, on a double bed there were two towels, one bath, the second facial and this is for two! The furniture in the room is not bad, but the lighting is terrible, does not meet any standards, the wallpaper behind the headboard has fallen off the wall. There was a shower, the water was hot. Plumbing is clean. These are all pluses of Merket.

Very authentic, cafe of Altai cuisine. Tasty, I liked it very much, there are dishes from horse meat, deer and sheep, national dishes, Altai cakes are very tasty. The salads are very tasty. They ate sitting on the skins of a ram, very cool. I definitely recommend visiting!

They held a banquet, everything was at the highest level and even better, the dishes were huge, the quality of the dishes was on top, professional waiters. I recommend to all!!!

A very beautiful themed place traditional Altai cuisine. The main hall for banquets and villages. The food is good portions, delicious. The price tag is a little above average. Whoever passes the village of Rybalka towards Gorno Altaisk, I recommend to stop by and taste delicious local food
