Rye Pizza Restaurant

At this restaurant, they serve amazing pizza that is easily the best on the island. After trying the pizza, we decided to stay and sample items from the main menu. We were absolutely thrilled with the food - the seafood marinara was the best I've had in years, and my wife declared the gnocchi to be the best she's had in years as well. The food was incredible and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. We will definitely be returning.

We did not have a reservation during peak season, but they were able to accommodate our party of two adults, two children, and a child in a car seat with a smile. The pizza was delicious (except for the chicken on the chicken pizza), and the pasta had a rich flavor with generous portions. The staff provided pencils and paper for the children and had excellent customer service, something we have not experienced before. I can't believe this place only has a rating of 3.4, it definitely deserves a 4!

I have been coming to Rye Pizza Restaurant for some time, when it was sold and taken over by new owners I was concerned that the menu would change. To my delight the menu wasn't changed but the restaurant decor was. It is much brighter now with a real buzzy feel. Staff (some who stayed from previous owners) are very attentive and friendly. If you are looking for great pizzas and italian food this is the place in Rye to come to.

Had dinner there Friday night the new owners two young sisters have given the place a great feel vibe and food ... Pizzas were spot on gnocchi according to my girls amazing light and fluffy calamari tasty and fresh .. Can't wait to see this place evolve !! Great work ladies

Set behind this nondescript family style Italian restaurant lies good old fashioned tasty food with really friendly customer service. Sometimes it is just nice to go to a place where it knows it's market, it doesn't try to be something that it's not and definitely doesn't under deliver in taste. The serves are very generous, so come with an appetite, eat a main or an entree with an entree size main as portion size is everything here! Pizzas are delicious and the gnocchi is melt in the mouth soft with a hearty sauce to boot! Ideal for families or just a night out where you want to dress in a relaxed way and eat well.
