Ordered a soft torte as birthday cake for my wife, unfortunately got an old chocolate cake, which is extremely badly decorated with regard to look. the bakery claims that the cake was made a day before, but this cake is so dry and decorated with little initiative. they admitted their mistake that I was misunderstood and that my order was wrong, but now I suffer the consequences of a bad birthday party and must sleep last night on the sofa when the woman became extremely unhappy.
