Feedback gevenWhen ordering on the app, be CAUTIOUS of accidentally ordering at this location. Hardly ANYONE on staff will answer the phones, making it impossible to cancel your order (and no, there's no way to cancel through the app at the moment of writing this. The food here is actually decent, but the customer service is hit or miss.
Taylor is the best carhop ever. He's very thoughtful and polite. Never messes anything up and is always fast.
Absolutely horrible i wouldnt even give this to my dog! I would not give it even 1 star. I tried calling manager to get a refund bc all of our food was old and the grease they use hadnt been changed. Ive workes in the food service industry for years and you guys need all new employees bc ive been 4 times since i came to visit my mom from florida and everytime it was garbage! My sonic back home in Florida put yall to.shame! You should be ashamed serving old burgers to customers. Ill be contacting coorprate.since i was hung up on by the managr. Peaches was the name on my receipt thats served the food to me. She was very nice so i wd give 4 stars for her. 0 stars overall.for the food. And i never leave bad reviews im not that person but this needs to be fixed asap!
Sorry, only 2 stars this time. Workers really need to keep their hair covered. It was unpleasant to bite into my burger and get 2 long strands of hair in my mouth. The hair was embedded in the lettuce. Yuck!
Got a ocean water from sonic. Absolutely disgusting
