This location takes FOREVER to make drinks. Upwards of 20 minutes when it’s not busy AT ALL. So frustrating

Really bad service, bad team management, I just been there buy the cake , they give me the dirty box for my cake, I asked the cashier wipe the cream out of the box, they let me wipe it clean it by myself, they standing there nothing to do , at that time no customer waiting for Check out, how comes the management trained them like that?

Asian-European style bakery coffee/tea shop. Fresh bread and pastries come out frequently throughout the day. Quick service. Friendly workers.

Pastry cafeteria, with a wide variety of pastries. The cool custards are yummy. I'm not partial to the light, airy baked goods, but MANY patrons loved them.
