Feedback gevenThe place was sorta dirty, napkin holder was empty the order takers were happy to give you some. Employees were helpful and polite.
The employees here are very slow and lack any customer service. We frequent this braums because it?s close by but when I approach the counter or drive thru window, they hardly open their mouth to speak, let alone smile to greet the customer. I?ve asked for an item they left out of the bag and the guy rolled his eyes grabbed the item and shoved it into my hand and before I could thank him, the window shut and he was gone. Of course there are the few who are more personable (for lack of a better word). I?ve worked fast food and the service industry for decade+ and I know what it takes, so there are not excuses. This location needs an employee remodel or maybe better leaders for a better environment. ??????? good luck to them.
Went through the drive through ordered salad and two drinks they did not put any utensils or straws in the bag had to make two trips into the store to get straws and utensils. Talk to the manager who basically did nothing or it seemed like they didn't care. So if you go through the drive-through at the store they sure they get everything in your sack before you pull away.
Food is good but customer service could use a lot of work. Eye rolling when asked for picante sauce for breakfast burritos and acting like it?s the biggest inconvenience to do simplest of tasks. Don?t recommend drive through
Horrible drive through experience. We waited in line for 20 minutes. Paid $1.25 each for 2 waters that had 0 ice and $5.25 for a large freeze that was pretty much all water. Not a great customer service experience.
