Mcdonald's - S San Diego

Ordered at the walk-up window, Owner himself took my order, it was delivered to me by the owner, the owner took my payment however being 74 years old trusted the owner gave me the correct change, however this did not happen, the owner short changed me by $15.00, I went back the next morning Sunday and was told the owner was in church, yes church, so the day management took my name and phone number and now, days later have had no return phone call, I have been to this McDonald's many times even the day manager recognized me but do not wish to go to the order window when the owner is taking the order, he doesn't present himself as pleasant, I hope he treats his employees well but I would encourage others to not use this McDonald's

Went to Pic up mobile order for my girl friend and when I arrived they told me that my order wasn't available since she wasn't there and when I asked her what the mobile order was app didn't show code last time this happened McDonald's said they would refund it but never when I emailed app about it there's less and less human interaction so more flaws. The location is being renovated so u have less interaction with humans while app is flawed so don't recommend this location it's had to pull in on top of it the way it's being designed . Not a fan last time I go and hope I get my refund this time not like last time . Charged Expensive on top of not getting my order . Great job McDonald's must not like repeat customers .

McDonald's is sending very mixed signals and losing business as a result. The app pricing varies from San Diego location to another. Specials are not honored at some while others do. Local specials, like two sausage egg McMuffins for $6 doesn't work with the app at times. I can go down the street and buy a quarter pounder with cheese and find it at a different price. But the biggest thing is that it seems that I can go next door to a Burger King and spend almost a dollar less per similar burger. It's time for McDonald's and their franchisees to get their act together. I'm now spending more money elsewhere as opposed to Mickey D's.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times they messed up my order. They’re also more expensive then any other location I’ve been to.

Don't have that you're open 24 hours and then be closed just now when I showed up
