Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Kitchen

First time here! Overall it was a good experience, and definitely I want to come back, because today I was starving and is not the best situation to do an objective review. The food was definitely good, and at first the service seemed pretty good, since we got our food faster than I was expecting, but once the waitress served she disappeared and when she was back she had kind of an attitude. So, that's my reason for not giving a 5. I know that I'll visit again andhopefully the service is regularly goo. I had a vermicelli salad whit crispy egg rolls, sausage and shrimp that it was good, nothing out of the world. We also tried the fried coconut rice, that I never found the coconut flavour. We alsotried spring rolls with pork and shrimp. As I mentioned, it's a good place but honestly I didn't taste nothing special or out of the regular. I recommend this place.

This place has been upgraded very nicely. I was promptly seated and noticed that they totally transformed it from the Mexican restaurant before. The food was very good, I had the roasted hen and the egg rolls. The couscous was well cooked and the hen was crispy on the outside and still moist in the middle. Plenty of dipping sauces, but you didn't need them. They were keeping busy even at mid day during the week.

First time experience tonight, the service was hospitable, informative they just got through a rush and were recovering from that. I completely understand that and they were great. One gentleman helped us to sit at the bar top and he was very friendly and very pleasant, we later had a younger lady help us out and she was very nice and pleasant. Moving on, the food was very underwhelming. Egg rolls were the best part, and the hot part of the meal we had. My roasted henbroken rice dish was quite below average. It was not executed well in the sense the rice was cold to the touch when it came out and turned over the hen that was cooked and was black burnt. My girlfriend's ubon pho dish was bland, andsubpar. The food was a 2/5 and she offered to comp my food and I still paid for my dish. Their service was a 4/5, their saving grace. Their kitchen needs help and won't be returning based purely on their food.

OMG the BEEF RIB Pho was the most delicious I?ve had. The broth was full of beef flavor, the veggies were fresh and crisp. The BONE was enormous, full of that great beef flavor and had that long slow cooked soft bite. The restaurant and bar were clean and the staff was very busy but still took the time to help and all with a big smile.

This place is great, not going to lie we came thinking it would be just another pho restaurant in the area, it brew my expectations, specially on they're drinks menu. We ordered a seafood pho and a brisket pho XL! And they sure were XL look at the photos, bowl was the size of my head !
