Subway - S San Diego

This Subway is now closed. New owners bought the strip mall. Nobody’s lease is getting renewed. But, when it was open it was a great Subway. Good luck to the whole staff!

The middle eastern girl who wears hijab and the guy must be relative to her are very rude. It seems like they dont want to serve customer at all and just there to suck up the minimum wage they can get without breaking a sweat.

Had a odd encounter with a very frazzled employee here. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for turkey. He adamantly refused saying that it’s not on the menu. I told him that the only options were pork, and asked he could simply replace the ham for turkey on the sandwich. He replied that he didn’t know how. I told him that fine I’ll point to the items on I want on the sandwich. He became more agitated and said that it’s not on the menu. It was obvious this was a losing battle so I left. The whole experience was just very odd behavior.

I've never seen anyone move so slow in my life I wasted my lunch time here waiting in line and she literally cut the bread wrong used her fingers to cut the bread was extremely sloppy, and she just smiled like she knew what she did and didn't even care I left I don't recommend wasting your time here.... Literally dragging her feet...
