When I found this place formerly El Maguey de Cotija) I was shocked at how big the burritos were for still a decent price $7-8). I was bummed when they moved locations but I'm hoping for nothing but success for them. They're doing it the right way
Heard about this place so I decided to go there. I was recommended to try the chicken fajitas. It was one of the tastiest fajitas I've ever had. Large portion and very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.
The restaurant is now called Casa Taco, and I've had my order messed up too many times. I recommend going to Lucy's a few blocks down on C St. instead.

I enjoyed the carne asada torta and the surf and turf burrito, and both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The burrito was overflowing with shrimp! It’s definitely one of the best surf and turf burritos in San Diego! The restaurant is conveniently located right next to the courthouse and offers both outdoor and indoor seating.
