Wendy's - S San Diego

Service was fast and polite but when I took my first bite I was so disappointed. The food was so over salted and greasy. This will be the last time I eat at any Wendy’s. I don’t know if the quality of food is specific to this location or they are all this bad.

Come here a couple times in the last few days. The biggie bag is a really great deal and come with a good amount of food. What stood out to me was the service here. I came one day and there was a tall blondish guy who was a bit younger. Great service from him. I also went one night around 11:30pm and the manager Nick was absolutely fantastic. He had great customer service for it being midnight.

The food was decent but we ordered for a family of five and waited 30 minutes for it. The manager was nice and professional but it looked like he had a new crew that didn’t care to step up. When we got home we realized the order was also screwed up and missing two items.

Be aware of this location!!! Quite often they give you 99 cents burger when you order almost $9 double cheeseburgers. Over the years it happened so many times repeatedly at this point I can only assume workers do this on purpose to screw with people’s meal. I won’t go back anymore.

Perfect place for a Frosty after a long day. Pre-COVID the drive thru was super fast, but since then it has slowed down. Also, sign of inflation, the 4 for $4 is now $7.
