Chick-fil-a In Warner Rob - S

This chick fil a is by far the worst establishment in the world. I went through the drive thru and it was almost as if 1 person was working both lanes and the window. I first sat at the speaker for a few minutes before even being spoken to, then I repeated my order several times because I was told “I’m sorry, can you repeat that “ several times due to the lack of training and unprofessionalism of the people working there. I expect so much more out of them but this morning I was let down tremendously.

Clean and well organized and, as always, polite and professional service!

It seems like every time I come here this place always finds a way to screw up orders. One time I got a sandwich with pepper jack cheese instead of Colby jack cheese. Another time I got a sandwich with pickles instead of a sandwich with NO pickles. I mean damn it’s not that hard to understand what people want while being accurate . And I’ve had countless times where I got a fork instead of a spoon to eat my parfait with. That’s just a few issues I’ve had. Then tonight I get a large Powerade with lite ice and it taste like straight water. Change the freaking BIB out . I wanted to cuss out that girl Courtney on the phone so bad but I’m not the type to do that. This place is nothing like it used to be, something needs to change asap.
