Hotel Neuhaus - Saalbach

A very well presented restaurant, serves some amazing dishes. Every time we ate in the restaurant, we were very impressed by the food and the portion sizes. Frank in the bar was also great!

It was a dinner we had there. We had a tomahawk steak that is quite good, the salad buffet selection also great; we had the salmon prawn end with the desert. All food is great the waitress is also very nice.

Excellent price for a double American, cappuccino for 4.20. Although the personell was beautiful and the coffee ok the price is not justified.

Unfortunately only discovered this restaurant on our last day but the food was exceptional and so much better and cheaper than all the rest of the more popular restaurants in the village.

The food is excellent in this hotel and on the first night we both had a glass of wine. On the second night we didn't want wine as we had been drinking wine in the hotel listening to live music outside and I only wanted tap water but was told I couldn't have tap water unless we ordered something else !!!! Such a petty rule that spoils a lovely hotel. I will not be ordering any more alcohol for the whole week or sadly drinking it in the outside music area - so the hotel have basically ruined an enjoyable week by a petty minded rule of no tap water with food, surely it's a basic human requirement or at least it is in the U.K. So be warned !! No water unless you pay for it or a drink to have with it
