Feedback gevenMy company ordered online and we received a call from this store that they do don't orders this large (it was 30 pieces of chicken and some sides). They told us we had to go online to cancel it. There isn't a place online to cancel an order when youdon't have a KFC account, so I called the store back and was very rudely dismissed by the female who answered the phone. I hadto ask for her manager who finally got me the number for customer service. The whole debacle was ridiculous at best. I orderedmyself from here just a couple weeks ago and was given a famous bowl with 99% mashed potatoes, about 4 pieces of chicken andwhat looked like 3 pieces of shredded cheese. No corn. If I were you, I'd skip getting food from this KFC. Terrible service andpoor food quality.
The food is good, the extra crispy can be overdone. The drive thru is the only open unless you pre order online. Then you can go in. The dining room has never reopened since Covid.
That?s what you get when you order a ?Large? order of mashed for about $5. Are times really that hard to charge so much for a scoop of potatoes? Went out of my way to get some because daughter likes their potatoes and gravy but she was reallydisappointed it was only enough for one. Won?t happen again.
Worst meal ever and then tried to call they don't answer or return message it was so bad biscuit was so hard and was like skin was peeled off I used to work there. We would never do what they do now
Not worth visiting, lobby is never open, when we went last 3 times card systems were down, service by most of the employees is abysmal and 99% of the time our food is completely and entirely wrong. Hell we had one incident where they literally put no meatin any of our taco bell food, and only gave us half a box of fries, (large box, was CLEARLY underfilled) better to take the tripup to the scarborough location
