Little Caesars Pizza - Saco

I always picked up a pizza from here when I got rid of the Maine Turnpike. This visit was not the best. Cash register was very unfriendly and my pizza was not cut through. Since I'm always on my way, it wasn't a good visit to me.

Pizza is personal. Thin crispy EMB w/extra sauce for me thank you very much or their version of a highest thin crust. Depends on who makes them and their mood. Sometimes the cakes are magnificent

I had no little Caesars since I was a kid. I didn't even know they had wings. The pizza was great, and the garlic parm wings were phenomenal. I had no idea that wings from this place were so good. I wasn't even high at dinner.

I made a call at 1030 a.m. on the morning of my son's birthday on 9/23/22 (after calling the day to see when to place the order). I came to the 6 pm time for my scheduled pickup and when I went through the door, the front counter was very rude to tell me that they did not accept new orders and that because of the morning crew not before the gates and because someone placed a great order this morning that they were two hours behind!! Needless to say that I was the guy who ordered, but was said to the day of!!! To make something worse while I was standing there waiting for my order to be completed, the man continued to serve smaller order of people who later placed them as mine instead of taking care of me. To be honest, the pizzas were burned with many bubbles and badly cut for someone who just paid $113.00 for pizza and bread sticks. It was even anger to get extra sauce for the bread sticks from the cooler. I was a fan of Little Caesar 's since the 90's and this experience was so bad that words don't do it justice. At the moment I am on your customer service telephone line for twenty-five minutes. and still hold!!!! I don't know if it's because you're so thorough or there are so many complaints. This experience was poor everywhere and saving a few bucks, it was not worth 45 minutes too late for the party of my son or the quality of the cakes they themselves. SAVE ICH MONEY AND TIME FOR PARTIES AND LARGE OR!!! Prices are not appropriate for quality and they were better than they were $5 dollars cake!!!! Too much to do for their own good and quality suffers... I would have been better to go next door and Ellio's pizzas from the frozen section!!!!

Arrived at 11h00, they opened right after and dude tella me I would have to wait 30 min because they have orders..... damm, why you advertise you always have some ready? You should adjust you production in order to support drop in customer when you open.
