Lucky Lou's Portland - Saco

I grew up eating Greek food in NYC and we went to Yarmouth Farmer’s Market when I learned this food truck would be there. OMG! So yummy. I got a lamb gyro, husband got a street pita. Made a big salad and the delicious gyro was 2/3 eaten and the rest saved for tomorrow. Will definitely try to follow where this truck goes soon.

Fantastic food. Fantastic price. Terrible service. Paid and never received food. Was stared down by cashier as my order was taken by people behind me. I had to then give my second order to someone infront of me who didn't get there food yet either?? Really need a number system or just ask for a first name. Love this place but extremely disappointed on service or lack there of. 1 star because I never got my food and cashier could care less as she stared at me. Compliments to chief though, gyro are fantastic (if you can get it before they run out)

Great food truck! One of my favorites in Portland! Great prices, great food! Can’t beat it anywhere in the city for Greek style lunch!

I cannot say enough good things about my meal today. Tho owner/cook knows how to turn out excellent Greek food and was so personable. My gyro was delicious and in good proportion. The loaded Greek fries had a generous portion of feta and gyro meat. The prices were really reasonable. We are thrilled that the truck is operating when so much of Portland is closed for the season. We are already planning a return trip!
