Arby's - Sacramento

I went there they said they closed at 10:00 pm. There aren't too many Arby's out there so I had to drive wide a ways and they were closed at 9:30 very very disappointed I had to go to Carl's Jr across the way and that happened to be worse Today 8/20 Igo back... Idk why, I order a reg roast beef meal with large mozzarella sticks small drink . I open my sandwich and it gotnacho cheese. I didn't want this.... Why do I send 14 dollar and waste gas to get back to work and not get what I ordered. I donot like cheese on roast beef

I expected to find cheese inside the mozzarella sticks, but when I ordered a 6-piece serving through the drive-thru, almost half of them were missing the cheese. They were mostly just batter. I was really disappointed!

They may not be at their best, but their mozzarella sticks are consistently fantastic! You definitely need to add some to your order; they're absolutely delicious!

The prices are quite steep! The food is decent, but the staff really need to improve their customer service skills. After they told us the total and we handed over our card, they just returned it along with our order and closed the window without a word. No "thank you" or invitation to come back. We could have gone elsewhere.

Wow, I'm amazed! This place is fantastic. The handmade sandwiches are simply the best. You can't go wrong with bacon on a sandwich! I had almost given up after a bad experience at the one in Natomas with terrible staff and food, but now Arden Arby's has completely redeemed the Arby's name for me. Haha!
