While the quail was, quite possibly, the best quail I have ever had, I have to say that my favorite item on the menu was the charred octopus. Phenomenal! Flavor, texture, presentation, on all points a ten out of ten.Let me put it this way….If I would bear crawl, naked, across a beach made of broken glass to catch an octopus, if Beast Bounty would char if for me, and allow me to it eat it, as a reward. The Parker House Rolls are pretty good too.
My wife had wanted to go here for awhile, since she is a vegan and they vegan options. She couldn’t decide among the various choices, so I suggested the two person tasting menu. They created and vegan masterpiece. The variety of flavors was amazing. Some of the offerings were among the best food I have ever had, vegan or otherwise. This place is a gem and we had one of the best dinner experiences ever! We did not have wine with dinner, so if that is important, check out the wine list ahead of time. Our only complaint was that there was too much food, but that was erased when we enjoyed a nice lunch of left overs the next day. Finally, for those who love meat, as the name suggests, they have many other choices besides vegan. Try this place and I bet it becomes a regular dinner spot for you and your loved ones.
It is a beautiful restaurant located in a clean and nice neighborhood. We had our brunch in outdoor seating. Drinks and food were both great. The only thing that could be improved was the food preparation lead time we waited for 40 minutes for the dishes to be served. It was Sunday noon and kitchen was backlogged badly.Food: 5/5
Came by for a brunch meal on the weekend with a reservation. For drinks: get up get down not good yuzuzme super good hazy IPA standardThe benedict pizza was really good and unique. The burger was below average. Bread was dry and ratio wasn't there. Potatoes weren't hot.Emily was friendly and attentive during our entire meal. Brought us complimentary donut holes since we were near the last ones there (so I'm assuming they were going to toss it anyways). Wasn't anything special...a bit dry.Decor is really nice here. High ceilings plants. Really comfortable feel. I believe they have outdoor seating as well.Street parking only.
Loved this place. Cocktails are very well done. Dinner was very good we had pork chops and branzino and both were cooked to perfection. When you go be careful where you park so you do not get a parking ticket. This was not well marked where we were and at 7:30 in the evening on a weekend you would not think this would be an issue.Food: 5/5
