Boba Cafe has forever closed as of August 31, 2023. We loved Boba Cafe for its real ingredients and consistent drinks and bobas. The owners retired. In the same location is a new restaurant ynder new ownership, Old Gui Lin. It serves noodles with flavors from a city in Southern China named Gui Lin. It is an innovative business model that provides food with no service charge (I'm taking it to mean no tipping required). You order food at the cashier, get a buzzer, and pick up your order at the back window when buzzed. Condiments are next to the pick-up window. Seating is as available.
It was a very enjoyable dining experience: cute little gifts, very delicious food and warm service from the staff.
Boba Cafe is the local's best kept secret when it comes to authentic Taiwanese/Chinese food. It's basically a mom&pop's kitchen that serves simple home-style meals--nothing fancy. The price is fair and the meals are delicious, which are all you need during this high inflation times.
I’ve loved this hole-in-wall place for a good 10+yrs. Especially for Boba drinks
