Cafe Europa - Sacramento

I visited California Cafe in spring and it didn't impress me. I was gone many times over the years and I always liked it. I didn't really like the menu at the time and everyone seemed very ho-hum. But when I left at the end of September, they had just changed the menu in case and I loved it. They have a great seafood bag – such as Chiopino or Paella, but with a cream sauce. I also liked the children's menu for my son, he had to choose 4 items in a Bentobox. He enjoyed our stay there very much. For the appetizers I did the cheese plate, very good. The service also seemed narrow, I actually saw a manager on the floor and my server was friendly and efficient. for Dessert I had a chocolate cake, I think it was flourless. Sooo good. I'll go back to the shopping season sometime. It's so nice to have such a raised place in the mall!! You have a wonderful wine list very reasonable and much to choose. Just what you need after a long day of shopping!!
