Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sacramento

Did not receive guacamole in burrito or with chips. Burrito made very small and not to the right specifications. Poorly crafted burrito :

We go here frequently usually at least once or twice a week. Service was fine but the food today was a disaster. Today (8/6), we ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken salad. The chicken was WAYYYY over seasoned with salt, to a point where Icouldn?t feel my tongue afterwards. Who ever prepared the chicken today got a carried away with the salt.

This is the worst Chipotle. I won't give them anymore chances. They are always out of something. Today it is sour cream and chips. Plus they want to charge $1.25 for extra rice on a veggie burrito. It's worth the drive to the one on Folsom blvd. Ican't wait to see what replaces them cause they are obviously on there last keg.

A review I don't like to do, but it has to be done. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The girl who made our food really nice. The food. Our Burritos looked like a bean n cheese burritos from a Taco Bell. Long LONG away is the chipotle of old. Sad.

I ordered 2 burritos and a Mexican Coke online and had to wait a few minutes when I got there, which I didn't mind. No Coke so I got a bottled Sprite again, not much an issue but the app should be more accurate. I got home less than 15 minutes later and my burrito was cold. I also requested no rice in my burrito and it had lots of it, and realized there was no meat!
