Feedback gevenI recently dined at this restaurant and had some issues with my debit card during payment. Despite this, I was able to resolve the situation and pay for my meal. I ordered French toast with strawberries, but was disappointed to find that the pancakes were doughy in the middle. Despite this, I still paid for my meal out of respect for the employees. The service was decent, but I was disappointed with the quality of the food. I wanted to do the right thing by paying, but felt the need to share my experience with the pancakes. The prices were a bit high for what was served.
Ordered online during my visit, and drove to pickup. They had a pretty full parking lot and I had to wait maybe 5 to 10 more minutes than my given estimated time, which didn't bother me. The guy was nicely dressed in uniform when he brought me myorder. I ordered a family platter type with pancakes, sausages bacon, eggs, and hash browns. It was delicious and enough foodfor 4 big dudes and myself, with leftovers. They included all the fixings, too, from packets of silverware, with napkins, syrup,and tiny packets of jam too I believe. Definitely order online from IHOP again. Love me some IHOP.
The service at the restaurant was quick and attentive. Bluee was excellent at taking our orders promptly and ensuring our drinks stayed fresh.
The restaurant offers a wide variety on their menu and the breakfast options are particularly outstanding. However, it is noticeable that they are cutting back a bit, likely due to the impact of Covid and the economy.
Food was good, luke warm, and we had no Senior discount. They only had 1 employee seating people, taking/giving out take out orders, and running the register. We waited for our cold food, burned fries, but was greeted with the reason why we should stay.It's ashame they can't hire staff to make the customer experience a positive one.
