Jack In The Box - Sacramento

The drive-thru service was quite fast, and the food was fresh. They got my order right, which is always a plus. Christina, the employee working there, is a real gem—she’s one of the best customers I've encountered in a long time. This is my go-to Jack in the Box. If Christina is working, you can count on her to get your order perfect. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

This is my favorite Jack in the Box location. The food is consistently well-prepared, unlike at other places where it can feel hastily assembled. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

They were out of chicken strips, so I had to order nuggets instead. Both the fries and the nuggets tasted like they had been cooked in a deep fryer that really needed its oil changed.

So I pulled up to order my food and the response was no please pull up to the second window to order because my hands is trembling and I cannot take your order. It wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't with my family and there was six people that Iwas ordering for there's no way I was going to be able to memorize all of the order without looking at the board. This is thetime when as management you need to make sure that your employees are ready to handle the public and if not it's totally okay torecognize that they're not okay but don't let your customers have to absorb the fallout from your lack of schedule

So, I had researched what I wanted one night, then went to go get it. It was a Munchie Meal...yet they didn't have it. Reason being, it was privately run, not corporate. It was good food for Carl's, just didn't carry the corporate advertised meal deals,so beware!
