Kiki's Chicken Place - Sacramento

Today was my first time trying out this restaurant. I ordered a family meal and requested the wings to be fried extra crispy. I'm not sure if they followed my request, but the wings were delicious! I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving in 45 minutes, and the woman who answered was very friendly. The customer service was great. When we picked up our order, it was freshly bagged and still hot when we got home. Kiki's gets a thumbs up from my family, we will definitely be returning.

I appreciate the excellent service whether dining in or ordering out. I am a customer for life. Thank you to the owner for going above and beyond in delivering my order. As a follow-up, I must mention that my wings were crispy, fries were perfect, and soda was fresh. They didn't have to do all that, especially since it was my mistake, but they did. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I absolutely adore this place. My initial experience was at their food truck, and I had heard that their storefronts offered even more and better selections, as is often the case with larger locations. I was not let down and find myself purchasing their Kiki's Fries at least once a week.

Customer service is outstanding, Food is delicious!! We ordered our dinner from Uber Eats and the driver left half of our food at the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they had already contacted Uber, but was unable to contact the driver. Kiki's kindly prepared our order and had it hot and ready for us to pick up. They were very apologetic- even though they were not at fault. The chicken is tender and juicy, macaroni salad is really good (i usually don't like restaurant or store bought macaroni salad), I really like there sauces (my favorite mango habanero). While I try my best to avoid fried food, I can’t avoid Kiki!s! Please try the Kikis fries and you’ll know what I am talking about. It’s a combination of the best. Buffalo, ranch , fries and tender chicken. I see why everyone is so hyped about this place. I usually ask for well done chicken. Trust me, it makes a big difference! You can always customize it the way you want. For all the healthy beings out there, it’s worth the cheat meal!
