Little Caesars Pizza - Sacramento

I ask everyone who visits this facility to show Laura some kindness. I don't think she ever experienced it herself. I went at 9:00 on Tuesday night (11/29/22). I had a long day at work and didn't feel like cooking and just wanted a fresh pizza. The place was empty. Nobody waited. I saw three pizzas sitting in the warmer. Laura came forward to help me. I politely asked Laura how long the pizzas were sitting in there and she answered that they were timed and that they could not sell them after a certain time. I asked if I could take a look at one before I bought it and she said she couldn't do that. Laura did the right thing. That means I folded my nose and politely asked to order a fresh one. Laura said it was 15-20 minutes. I just wanted a fresh pizza. I paid my order and went to my car to wait for Laura to prepare my fresh pizza. I went back to check the progress by 15 minutes. I was tired and just wanted to go home, enjoy my freshly made pizza and jump into bed for the night. Laura pulled a pizza out of the lower heat. Laura had a grin on her face that just didn't sit right with me. I asked her to cut my pizza twice and when she did, she did it where I could see what she did. I noticed two things. 1) the pizza looked old. 2) there were now only 2 pizzas in the upper heat instead of 3. Instead of preparing the fresh pizza I had ordered, she only switched cartons and tried to spend an old pizza for a fresh one. I was too tired to make a foot because I am more of a passiveist and I really didn't want to wait 20 minutes anymore. I just wanted to go home. So once again, please show Mrs. Laura, the night person in this store is a little kindness and maybe she will learn how to show it again. Thank you.

My grandson has autism and loves cheese pizza from Little Caesar. I'm always looking for something Caesars.

My Pepperoni cheese bread was ready and tasty .. Some rude customers before me were treated very professionally by the lonely cashier.???

Pizza has gone up... there is no hot and ready to go more when walking in ....monday evening I waited 1 hour for a basic pizza on the board girl on the front were very ugly and sometimes it was funny that we waited so long

I bought pizza here for my grandsons birthday and I was so happy with the pizzas, the value, quality, customer service and efficiency of service since I needed several! I decided to try a deep deep cheese pizza, added mushrooms and asked them to cut smaller pieces so I can use it as an appetizer and it was great for the adults, we loved it! I would definitely feel good bringing this to a gathering, it was really good, my grandson wants me to order one now lol waiting til 10 for them to open! we revisited this location on Monday, it was quite busy. The young lady cashiering and taking orders by phone and in person was multitasking like an Olympic professional while maintaing excellent customer service. It was very commendable. As usual the pizza was very good, we also ordered chicken wings and stuffed crazy bread this time. It was perfect for unexpected guests or anytime!
